Product Overview

  • LXS contact-type IC card water meters for residential potable water supply. Cold-water meters have a blue base; hot-water meters have a red base. Available in DN15, DN20 and DN25.

  • Prepaid with a contact-type IC card, one card per meter. Features stepped water tariff, remaining-volume display and automatic valve closure. The same card can also be used with electricity meters.

Options by Project

  • Sizes above DN25: Available on request. Battery power is not sufficient to drive the valve on larger meters, so they use mains power converted to 3.6V (for example, 220V to 3.6V). Standard DN15, DN20 and DN25 meters use a built-in 3.6V lithium battery.
  • Card type: Contact IC card (insert the card) or contactless IC card (tap the card).
  • Communication: IC card, Bluetooth or 4G.
  • Damp locations: A moisture-protected housing is available, as the meter contains a battery.
  • Multi-card: One card per meter is standard. One meter can also take several cards, for example in student dormitories, where each user inserts their own card when drawing water.
